Welcome to FindNumbers! By accessing or using our interactive Schulte Table application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By opening our web pages, practicing on our dynamic training grids (including 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, 8x8, and 9x9 configurations), and utilizing our digital focus tools, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Training Tool Disclaimer

The FindNumbers Schulte Game is developed purely for educational, cognitive conditioning, and entertainment purposes. While Schulte tables are widely used in psycho-diagnostics and speed-reading coaching, we make no guarantees, clinical representations, or warranties regarding specific mental, medical, or optical performance outcomes. This tool is not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any clinical visual disorders, optical fatigue, or attention deficit conditions.

3. Permitted Personal Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our static pages and play our game for personal, non-commercial cognitive training. You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, replicate, or commercially exploit any proprietary code, structure, design systems, or audio synth frequencies without our explicit prior written consent.
• Incorporate our Schulte Game engine within a third-party paid commercial training course or cognitive software program without license credentials.
• Attempt to modify or bypass the localStorage mechanics to artificially inject fake leaderboard records or manipulate system clocks.

4. Intellectual Property

All graphical assets, UI mockups, styling assets (including styles.css), interactive logic modules (including game.js), brand indicators, and explanatory articles are the sole intellectual property of FindNumbers. The open-source client-side distribution allows browser caching, but copying materials wholesale to rehost with advertisements is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FindNumbers and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our interactive grids, including eye strain, mental fatigue, data loss in localStorage, or hardware latency issues.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your usage of the game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in **Nizamabad, Telangana - 503003, India**.
